Do you remember seeing Super Mario 64 the first time? It was magic. Nothing had as amazing graphics at that time. What a game too. It captured your imagination and caused you to spend many hours in front of it. So amazing and runs very well in modern day emulators!

Super Mario 64 is a 1996 platform video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 64. It is the first Super Mario game to use three-dimensional graphics. Along with Pilotwings 64, it was one of the launch games for the console.

The Nintendo 64 was a revolutionary console and is highly sought after these days by collectors!

The Nintendo 64 stylized as the NINTENDO64 and abbreviated to N64, is Nintendo's third home video game console for the international market. Named for its 64-bit central processing unit, it was released in June 1996 in Japan, September 1996 in North America and Brazil, March 1997 in Europe and Australia.

I miss the n64, it was revolutionary at it's time. And allowed for cartridge tilting.

Check out Project 64 at Emu Paradise and you will be able to play every game made for it on Windows!

Mario 64 hit when I was in college and I never owned an N64, so let's just say I spent a lot of time at my friend's place who did own one.

I think there was someone on that N64 nonstop for the first few weeks after the N64 was released. The four player games that came out on the system were perfect for groups of college guys to huddle around. Countless hours were spent on Mario Kart, Smash Bros and any of the multiple wrestling games that hit the console (WCW vs. NWO World Tour was our favorite!)

You nailed it. It was that four player option that brought us all together! I hope beer was involved!

The multiplayer was the ticket. We had one in our dorm room and had all night sessions of goldeneye and the wwf games. Mixing that in with Crusin the World hot beer and cold pizza. Good old days!!

the emulators are AMAZING!
