30 Day Update on my Weku Giveaway!!

Why Weku

I joined Weku when many did during the dark week of STEEM - where you couldn't do anything until the RC issues were fixed. After joining, I decided to do something a little bit different over there, after being inspired by @o07 and @contestkings. I am attempting to run daily giveaways of WKD, the equivalent of SBD under the No Upvote-Follow-Reweku required. If you haven't heard of Weku - it looks and acts just like STEEM for the most part, if you want to sign up. Here is my referral link if you want to at least grab and protect your user name. Giveaway details

Each one runs for 48 hours
Goal is continual self sustaining giveaways
Only a non spam comment is required. ( These have decreased)
I am using random.org to find my winners

First 30 days of posts

I am tracking all my posts and am actually up to day 39 but will start with the first 30 since they have actually payed out.

• 224 total entries
• 19 different winners
• 72 WKD total prize pool
• Running balance is positive 43 WKD

I have gotten some support for currators weku-create, teamquality and of course @pankso. With out their support these would have had to really drop in value and frequency.

• Numbers fluctuate a lot but I am have a core group of followers and some new faces.
• I have picked up more followers, up to 74 followers
• Got a couple of reweku from curator Veterans Blog - that really boosted numbers
• Repeat winners are becoming more common as the number of drawings goes higher and the same people participate.

Future Projection

Taking a look at the run rate, I will hit day 50 without any problem, and I continue to get votes and support think I might be able to make keep running. I have seen an increase in participation lately, but all lower vote percentages or value. I love getting more people involved, and am quickly closing in on giving away 100 WKD!!! If I can keep these going I will build up my own Weku Power to help the payouts continue.

I just notice that all my posts got hammered by @pankso so I updated my payout projection and I am will be positive through 55 giveaways assuming no other votes. This means I can probably increase the giveaways!
