Roasted Portobellos @senseicat
Portobellos are super healthy, delicious, and versatile and one the most simple appetizer or perfect complement as a side dish.
These succulent mushrooms are ideal for salads, in sandwiches, or even brunch.
1/2 cup cooking wine
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce (I prefer coconut aminos for gluten free option)
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 large portobello caps
Combine all the ingredients for the marinade.
Place the mushrooms upside down and spoon the marinate inside the cap.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and marinate for 20 minutes.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and turn over and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes.
Slice mushrooms to your preference.

Wow! I will really love to have a taste of this.
I know it is going to be yummy.
It looks so yummy, honestly I have never tasted it before. But with the recipe you have given, I will try doing soon. Wish I could get to taste that right now.
One of my favorite ingredient in my salad but it is so hard to buy portbellos here in my place. Portbello is imported here and most of the time the groceries are out of stock. If I can get hold of portbello, I'll try this recipe of yours. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
