I enjoy making home made treats to share especially for our football team. It is best to select larger strawberries when they are in season, wash and pat them dry, before dipping them into a high quality chocolate that has been heated in the microwave for a couple of minutes with 1 TBSP. of olive oil. I place them on waxed paper and cool them in the refrigerator before serving.
