SEC-S14 /W2 |"Parents, Our Pillars of Strength

Hello, Steem For Pakistan community, thank you so much for bringing such an important topic to the SEC S14W2 series. We all know, that no one can deny that our parents are pillars of strength. From the day a child is born into this world until the day they die, their parents make all the sacrifices. They build their well-being not only by raising them, but also by providing basic education, virtues, values behavior, nutritious food, safety, and even creating a good future for them. So how can we deny that our parents are our pillars of strength? Now, read my article to know what I have to say about this subject.

It may be great news for you all that my parents had seven children. My mother was a government teacher, and my father was a farmer. You are all aware that Asian farmers are not as wealthy as European farmers. Therefore, they didn’t have a lot of money to build us all comfortably. But they never neglected any of us.

They gave us all equal treatment. Fortunately, my father had a car that he had inherited from his father. They provided us with excellent nature education by traveling with us to several natural places. Every weekend, they took us on a trip to admire the environment. They taught us how to live with nature; they taught us how to protect our environment. They taught us what will happen to our lives if we do not protect our nature. That is how our parents shaped our personalities giving value to the environment.

As I previously stated, they did not have more money to waste on us, but they did provide us with a good education. They instilled in us the importance of education and encouraged us to excel in any field we chose. They practically taught us life values, proper social behavior, and how to get a good education. They gave us complete freedom to live our lives as we desired, but never forced us to do what they wanted. Instead of that, they gave us their full support in shaping our lives. That is why today, we are all in good positions in our respective fields. Even today, we teach our children to love nature and protect the environment, and we give them complete freedom as our parents did us.

How could we pursue our dreams and aspirations if my parents did not exist in the world? They were the ones who directed us down the path we desired. They corrected us when we were wrong, but never forced us. They explained what the result would be if we did that, and what the result would be if we didn't do that; this was how they encouraged us, practically rather than forcefully. They gave us the necessary financial support with a lot of love, safety, and guidance, to pursue our dreams and aspirations. Therefore, I can say our parents are the pillars of our strength.

Oh, all of their sacrifices throughout their marriage life were only for our benefit. Not just me, but all seven of us. All the sacrifices my parents have made for us are excellent. They provided us with nutritious food, necessary safety, and nature education, as well as a lot of love, guidance, and trust. The most important thing was the freedom that we had to live our lives as we pleased but under their supervision. Actually, their sacrifices are seen by me as an investment. At the end of their lives, they earned the value of their investment. We looked after them as our eyes in their old age and treated them with the utmost respect.
