My puppy, Beenu, shaped my day.

Added extra responsibilities to my shoulders, the day after I got my Shih Tzu puppy. Making my freedom limited, I had to prioritize his needs. When I go to the kitchen, he's yelling to take him out. When I opened the door of his room and saw the tiny puppy, I was filled with emotion. Her fur was as soft as silk, and her eyes sparkled with innocence and curiosity. I gently cradled him in my arms, her body warmed my chest. Yes, what a wonderful bond, I forget everything, my Beenu again on my hand. My endless cuddle and my care suddenly gave me a pang of anxiety. Would I be a good enough pet parent? Was I ready for the responsibility that came with caring for a living being? These questions arose in my mind, reminding me of the commitment I had to start.

I gave him milk, but he refused to drink it, so I tried yogurt and he ate a small amount. I quickly prepared his meal, as I had been advised to serve rice with fish without salt, but with dhal and some leaves. Meanwhile, he was licking my legs and moving around my body. Looking at me with innocent eyes, cuddling close to my leg, looking for food. I finished cooking quickly and gave him his part; he finished it quickly, so I gave him another part, not knowing how or when to give it. It consumed and surrounded me once more. He was with me no matter where I went.

His entertaining behaviors and unwavering loyalty brightened up my day with laughter and warmth. He became more than just a pet; he became a cherished member of the family, providing endless happiness and companionship. The day I got my puppy Beenu marked a significant milestone in my life. It was the start of a wonderful journey filled with love and laughter.
