Happy hours with our little man.

My husband visited her hometown yesterday for an engagement, but I stayed at home because I didn't want to go on a motorcycle on the Kandy Road with him. I therefore remain at home. However, after a few hours I began to feel that life was monotonous and uninteresting. Therefore, I made the decision to travel to my sister's home, which was a kilometer away. I requested a pick me vehicle and traveled there. When I arrived there, her grandson was being fed by his grandfather. Our grandchild rushed over to me and immediately began to talk nonstop when he saw me. He didn't even want to eat. I brought him some yogurt and plums, but other than playing with me, he wasn't interested in that. When he saw me there, he was overjoyed.

Then, one by one, he showed me each of his toys. He then demonstrated how to drive his car and bicycle for me. While playing with those toys, my grandchild and I both ate hoppers with banana that my sister gave us. Because of me my sister and brother-in-law were able to work on their other projects, as the baby was not bothering to them.

His mother had brought some pots and pans for him. He cooked rice and play curry with them and fed me. I also pretended that I was eating them. He was overjoyed that I was playing with them not like his grandfather and grandmother.

I want to return to my house before lunch because I have work to do. But he didn't want to witness my departure. He cried and begged for me to play with him rather than leave.

Anyhow, instructing him to take a bath and return with a fresh outfit to visit his father’s shop, left the location covertly. However, I had a wonderful time with my little grandson during those brief moments.
