Busy with special recipes

Today I was busy preparing special recipes for tomorrow's lunch. I invited one of my cousins who was visiting Sri Lanka for three months vacation. She has previously visited me, but because she is leaving on the 20th, I want to give her a special lunch.

First, I made a vegetable mixture with murunga leaves, B union, rata kaju, and chilly pieces. I then made brinjal muju and custard jelly with milk made and jelly pieces.

To make the vegetable mixture, I fried kathurumurunga leaves, B unions, rata kaju, and papadam separately. Then, in a clay pot, I heated two spoons of oil and added two spoons of chili pieces, three spoons of sugar, one spoon of salt, and two spoons of tomato source. After a few minutes of heating, I removed the pan from the heat and add all fried murunga leaves, rata kaju, B'union and mixed well.

To make brinjal muju, I first fried brinjal, red onion, and green chilies separately and kept aside. Then I heat a clay pot with two spoons of coconut oil and add garlic, curry leaves, rampa, cinnamon sticks, and red union. When it is well fried, I add chili powder, turmeric powder, chilly pieces, and salt to it and mix it with all of the fried brinjal, red onion, and green chili. I forgot to take photographs step by step, but I get a final version of the binjal muju.

My next dish was custard jelly. I made two colors of jelly, red and green, and put them in the fridge to set. Then milk heated in a saucepan adding one spoon of vanilla. Later, add a cup of gelatin, dissolved in water, to the milk and allow it to boil for a few minutes and off the stove. After a half hour, I added two colors of jelly to that container and place it in the fridge to set.

After getting everything ready, I went for a shower and had my lunch. In the evening I have other works to be done, before that, I want to share my diary with you, so I arranged my blog for the steemit.
