Ingredients.

100 gr rice flour
50 gr tapioca flour
350 ml of coconut milk (I use instant 200ml / water 150ml)
75 gr sugar (if you want more sweet can be added)
2 tsp pandan paste
2 tsp cocoa powder

to taste salt
Step
1.Boil coconut milk + sugar + salt while stirring until boiling. Let it cool down (if want more fragrant pake leaf pake)

2.Mixed rice flour + tapioca, pour the coconut milk bit by bit stir well with whisk until no one bergerindil (if still not mixed can be filtered)

3.For 2 doughs as much, pour the pandan and cocoa powder paste in each dough while stirring to mix.

4.Heat the steamer, cover the lid with a napkin .. while it is rubbing with oil and plastic alloy .. (I use a small box pitch)

5.Enter the green dough into the pan as much as 100ml, steam for 5 minutes, then continue with the dough steamed chocolate again 5 minutes do alternate hose until the dough runs out ..

6.For the last steamed dough for 20 minutes or until done.

Remove the layer cake from the pan.

After cold cut with a plastic coated knife.
