Pro tip: "Stay fresh to make it flow."
Today, as always, i found myself thinking about what I could contribute to the community and what kind of post I wanted to write.
But after a while I just noticed that something wasn't going really good at all.
In my head there was a kind of noise which did not allow me to think clearly and which was starting to become really annoying.
And with noise I do not mean annoying sounds. I mean that kind of noise that is in our heads, which does not let us focus on what we really should do. That annoying noise which makes you understand and feel that something is not going well at all.
So the first step I took was to stop for a moment, remove the music from my headphones, and think about where all the saturation came from and who was creating it.
I could tell you that reading other people's comments and their experiences was not really doing me good.
So the moment I stopped doing it I could realize that all that noise was disappearing and the tranquility returning to me. Everything was flowing again.

With all this I come to say that that.. sometimes we just need to disconnect for a bit. We just need to close all that browser tabs, stop the headphones music and just breath some fresh air.
If we want to provide quality content, we must be in the best conditions for it.
It will be difficult to provide some quality content, when all our thoughts are not at their best moment.
Realizing this, made me reflect. Made me understand that if my intention was to provide some good content, my thoughts and everything that surrounds me should be in accordance with it.
So remember, if you ever find yourself in the same situation, If it costs you more than usual to think and create good content, stop for a moment. Think, react, breathe fresh air and start again.

@originalworks
sometimes music in the headphone can make you focused, i guess what am trying to say is that its different strokes for different people when it comes to what gets you focused
Ah yeah mate got it, and that's totally true. I mean sometimes i feel music it helps a lot so yeah. You are totally right on there. :))
I agree with you. It is important that you are in the best mood and you're focused. Sometimes, we need to stop and decompress and when we feel good about ourselves then we can do more.😊
Nice comment @ninaclara21, have a good day! :)))
