Building Students' Classmates Relation in Learning

Educations is The Key; Communications is The Main Key

When we teaching something we need a methods/techniques. When we applied those kind ways into our teaching learning we need a place which suitable. When all these activities run normally as teaching learning progress, then we need a serious thing called students.

In this situation, students as communty, group, need a strategy into their learning process which made by their teacher.

As we know, among other strategies that integrated in teaching learning process was grouping them which was becaming as the easiet ways to make them more cooperative and effectively. This kind of ways was integrated by many educational institution. I don't said where and who was the main doer, But, nowaday this strategy was applied in many educational institution arround the world.

When we talk about grouping them, we need to know how to make their relation tied up. This could be applied in their learning process when the class progress running.

Grouping

By grouping them, we can ask them to work together on team-working, this is another way to build their relation tied up each others.

Tasking

By tasking them to do a class-work or homework they will communicate each other and stay in responsibility to a team interaction, this could be happen inside and outside schools.

Reward

By giving the reward, we can see their enthusiast and appreciation to each others (their team mates), yiou know what is the good reward to make students became enthusiast. Because, by seing their interact to each other to say an appreciation, this will effect into their relations with classmates.

Fun

Create a fun activities in class or during teaching learning process, but don't separated them by their group. Let them stay in group, with their classmates, We can guarantee the activity would be fun by applying some interested materials.

Last not least, these ways could be more developed by the teacher profeciency, cause its depend on how their teacher experience and abilities.
