My Adventure Of Being A Good Cook.... Eba & Beef & Fish Stew Nuggets....
Hello Friends,..
Trust ya'all having a great weekend? as for me its one of the best weekend so far for me in 2018... hehehe yea it really is. Like what my father use to often say while growing up, he always use to say "son" to be a man is not a day job. I barely understands that until few years back.
Now i'm getting more understanding cos of the phase i am presently... To be a Bachelor is not easy either, i got to understand is one of the difficult phase a man pass through while growing up and also to be candid is one of the sweetest phase too.
Let me quickly share why i pretty much enjoy the Saturday... it's a non working day for me sometimes but not all times, cos this Saturday was a bit free for i decided to go market myself to get stuffs cos i was really in the mood to prepare my best Nigerian food which is Eba & Efo riro(I'm not really sure what they call eba in English hehehe, But Efo is called Vegetable in english.
It wasn't really easy for a man going to the market to buy some food items cos in Africa here we believe its a duty of a lady to do it. as a bachelor you dare not wait for anyone to do that for you. Getting to the market;, i got all the necessary stuff needed to cook my delicious yummy fish and beef stew.
buying the beef for the special stew heheheh!!
The mini market view here in Lagos Nigeria
This is called Pomo here in Nigeria. Heheheheh
The green leaf is the vegetable but it's locally called Ugwu. It's very medicinal too and the the same time its very delicious...
Boiled beef and cowleg for my yummy beef stew. To give the beef a great taste I measured a half tea spoon of curry and tyme, maggi, ginger, salt & Onions.. I boiled it for about 20-25 minutes.
FOOD IS FINALLY READY!
The stew is ready and well served! hehehehe
Finally, My yummy sweet meal is ready now it's time to grab a bite cos i am salivating already...Hehehehe
Eba & Beef Stew and Efo Riro (Ugwu).

What a woman can do, a man can do twice better....hehehe
