A disconnected day
It's been a week now since I disabled my Facebook. Yesterday I even avoided steemit all day... And man was I productive.
Mulched the roses, put a new radio antenna on my girlfriend's car, replaced her blown speakers, picked up a number of rescue plants from the clearance section of Walmart, put in some neat solar walk lights, and put my salt block to use on the grill.
I think Saturday will officially become my new internet free day. It's sort of amazing how freeing it can be once you break the Facebook compulsion. :-)
This is good. I need to get off the internet for a day. I'm justifying my Steemit time by telling myself it's an investment lol
Consider the day off an investment as well, in giving you stuff to write about!
