The tags field in the editor

Proposal Description

Currently it's quite hard to find relevant information when browsing a tag on Steemit, Busy or whatever app you use to read posts on the blockchain. Indeed, tags are often invaded by posts without any link to them.

Just take the tag Steemit, or the tag Utopian-io, for example. How many posts have nothing to see with the tag they are using ? Browsing these categories is just a pain.

In my opinion, that is mainly because people are not well educated with the tags system, how it works and how it is important to use relevant tags. So they use this tag or this one because they've seen post have great rewards, thinking they will get high rewards too.

But they must know their posts are just boring people who use tags properly. And they must know their posts won't be more seen if they use a "famous" tag, as people who come to a "food" tag won't care for a "cars" post. But they don't know it.

Caring people often make posts to try to warn about bad use of tags consequences, but it's not sufficient. This kind of information must be seen during the writing of the article.

My suggestion is to warn the user about bad use consequences when he is about to fill the tags field, by displaying a tooltip telling him to use relevant tags. In the tooltip, a "read more" link leads to a pop-up explaining why it is important to have a proper use of tags.

Benefits

I have no great hope for regular spammers, who do it wittingly, but I think this can be a good way to educate newcomers. People must not get into the habit to use irrelevant tags just by thinking they will have a greater reward because they did so.

Steemit is quite young, and there are for the moment less than one million accounts, and even much less if we only take into account only active users. Which let us think it will continue to grow up, with certainly hundreds of accounts (well, I really hope much more) to come. They must get educated as soon as they write their very first post.

This will lead to more readable tags, easier search, and a more enjoyable use of the network.
