#9 WE DEM BOYS
“LAND, HO” Finally. 12 days ago we set sails in Croatia to sail to Sardinia and now we can see it. Right here in front of us. The first part of our tour is nearly done. After 850 nautical miles (1574 km) of mediterranean sea. We passed many beautiful places but visited only few of them. Most of the time we were on the open sea, sailing day and night. Alone with a fascinating deep blue ocean, six boyz and LIV. It was awesome. A life completely different to the life we left behind. We lost the sense of time and the days passed into each other. All stops we made were nice and exciting but we always wanted to get back on the ocean. Sailing west, day and night, to get closer to the Caribbean. Step by step. Our first goal was to reach Sardinia, and this is what we managed right now!
We reach a beautiful little bay in the south-east of Sardinia. The anchor drops. Quickly we throw our stuff in LIV`s small tender: Blanket, peace pipe, two bottles of wine, our speaker and the camera for sure! Then five boys jump in. One of us is already swimming. The tender would be big enough for 6 guys, but the water has such a nice color you just want to jump in!
We climb the rocks on the edge of our bay and watch the sun going down. The scenery with the mountains and the white sandy bay is really nice. We drink wine and enjoy this very special moment. As we think about the last days we realize how great everything was. Such a nice crew, we rocked it! There wasn't much we missed. Maybe the women?! Yeah, for sure...
The blue sky turns into grey, the stars coming out and the wine bottles are getting more and more empty. Everybody is happy to share this moment with each other. It's a single, magic moment. Only one of us finds something to complain... “Damn guys, why am I not gay?!

We've thought about sailing Sardinia! Will y'all be making any other stops there or just the one? And is the Caribbean the end goal? If so that's intense! Best of luck to y'all out there!
We just stopped in Cagliari for a crew change an in the first bay when we reached from south east. But the south coast looks beautiful and we also saw some boats anchoring there. It looks like fun and adventure but we were on the way to the Caribbean, so we didn`t spend too much time... this time. We come back soon, for sure!
