St. Basils Cathedral & Spasskaya Tower, Moscow.

I sometimes struggle to see beyond the cold, dreary weather of winter. But sometimes all I need is to visit Moscow's beautiful historic centre to find something charming about slugging through the misty weather. Taken from the center of Red Square, this is the iconic St. Basils Cathedral & Spasskaya Tower - which happens to be my favourite building in Moscow. I have a keyring of the tower attached to my keys and the clock was actually designed by a Scotsman.
