I have to hold back my anger..
There is someone who makes me angry these days. He forces people to sacrifice and commit, but he is hiding behind and taking advantage of it comfortably. Also, he tries to form a group to bully me against him and disadvantage me. I can't forgive him for that. I want to punish him somehow. In fact, I could fire him by posting a letter to his company. I have many evidences of what he did, and it's effective enough to fire him. But I decided to hold it in because I don't want to be as cowardly as he is. Of course, if he keeps doing this, I'll change my mind. I'm going to watch him quietly. But it's very hard to hold back my anger. I'll try to endure it more and more, thinking that I'm mental training.
Actually, this is what I really want.
Thinking about him while writing this article, I will be angry again. I should go to the rooftop garden and see the clear sky and breathe fresh air for a change. Today is wednesday in the middle of the week, and I hope everyone has a good and lively day. Thank you. :)

At least you ventilated a bit and I hope it worked for the moment. People like that are not worth the attention, nor you wasting energy on them but like you I would... (let's say if I had a shotgun he would be finished).
Personally, I don't believe it is good to ignore and accept. It means you are not taking your feelings/hurt/the injustice seriously and on the other hand that bully and his bunch of cowards will not be punished. The result? They are rewarded for their misbehavior and keep bullying you and others.
A firm warning might be a good idea. Something like: I know what you did.
I hope you have a good day. Lively is good but I don't mind if it's an easy one where I can go with the flow.
