Just a family picture. Maybe. But the way you emphasize the figures in the foreground against the calm background gives a warm sense of harmony and happiness. But wait.... the eye is pulled further... almost away from the group...
The strong light from the sun and the hair in the wind seems almost out of place. Like a secret message of a somewhat "restrained" passion (at least at that very moment)
Love that "curve" of yellow starting with the dress and going up like a beam of energy to break whatever clouds there might be :-)
Of course, what I said could all be coincidence. But when I made the comment, I had just discussed some art with a friend and was still in a kind of "review" mode ;-)
