Doing meditation, morning walk and healthy foods these are main three things we must keep in our mind to build immunity level.
As everyday most of people went through a busy schedule so we must take out sometime for ourselves.
Meditation helps to calm our mind and healthy food always helps our appetite healthy and for that reason our body also become fit and fine.
