What is your preference while making decisions, heart or mind? |

I listen to my heart instead of my mind. Because I believe in the lines;
"Though our hearts stay in the left, it always says right!" |

Do you think we need both in terms of making decisions? Describe reasons. |

in terms of situation and place.
Mostly, while making decisions in the workplace;
need to think about our brains instead of our hearts.
One thing I always follow in my lifestyle;
Whether it's about my professional or personal life,
I always try to be clear in my conscience.
Whatever decision I have taken in my professional life.
That was sometimes, I have taken to following my mind, as well as my heart.
Now, when any employee comes to me and shares about personal problems, I make decisions by heart;
but as per the performance concern, I am too professional and obey my mind because discipline is my foremost concern in the workplace.
So whenever anyone doesn't follow workplace decorum,
I got furious at that time;
I forget who is standing in front of me;
and how powerful the person is.
That might sound militant!
But the reality
That's how my mind functions during serving in the professional field.
I hate liars, whether in the personal or professional field, if anyone is honest;
I can accept so many errors but can't bear a single lie and inconspicuous volitions!
So, at that point, my heart stops functioning, and only my mind works.
But, if anyone I find honest and hardworking at that time;
I always make decisions from the heart of them.

So many people destroyed my faith and took honor of my sentiments.
It sounds creepy! But it's true. And for this reason, nowadays, I confine my emotions.
Especially while making decisions;
After enduring backstabs.
Do you have any suggestions for youth on which one they should follow in their day-to-day lives? |

Listen to your hearts, following the guidance of your elders.
Mistakes make us mature. It hurts but educates us with practical knowledge.
Always listen to your parents and share your emotions only in front of them.
Because most people often take advantage of our emotions instead of guiding us properly.
judge by intellect, but when you have to think for others,
think by heart!
Only then will kindness live forever.

This is a very bad one, if people take pleasure in destroying other people's reputation just because they think since you're an emotional person you can be toil with at anytime. I'm sorry about that, as I wish you success on your post.
Sometimes you took decision by heart and sometimes you have decided by your mind, it means situation depends on your decision. Hahaha you are emotional fool, I will not reveal your secret. You deiced your decision by both heart and brain. It really good and best. If we were opposed our hear we will be restless. So we have to decided any matter by combining heart and brain. AHH, you're not the only one on this, I don't know I always learn the hard way, easily trusting someone and in the end they backstab me. That's why I've learned to always use my head and not my heart when making decisions. Thanks for the invite dear and success!

Though we are emotional people who love to trust and often injured but we are clean n clear in front of the almighty because we didn't cheat anyone, instead cheated by others.
I always believe every action is observing by that supreme power even our thoughts.
So I am happy with the personality I am carrying with me.
You're absolutely right! The Almighty God can read our hearts and minds and he will reward everyone according to their ways. Let's continue to do what is right because our reward will come from him.

প্রথমেই বলতে চাই পুরো পোস্টে আপনার উপস্থাপনা দেখে আমি চমৎকৃত হয়ে গেছি। লেখার প্রতিটি পরতে পরতে কিছু না কিছু চমক আপনি রেখেছেন।
আপনি নিজেকে ইমোশনাল ফুল বলেছেন। আসলে এটা আপনার সরলতা যার সুযোগ অতি চতুররা নিয়ে থাকে।
তরুণদেরকে তাদের হৃদয়ের কথা শুনতে বলেছেন। আর ভুল থেকে শিক্ষা নিলেই মানুষ যে সচেতন হয় এটিও আপনি উল্লেখ করেছেন। খুবই ভালো লেগেছে আপনার এই লাইনগুলো।

আপনি এই প্রতিযোগিতার প্রশ্নগুলোর উত্তর একটু ভিন্নভাবেই দিয়েছেন জেটা থাকে আমি অনেক কিছু শিখতে পেরেছি আমি কয়েকটি আর্টিকেল পড়েছি এই প্রতিযোগিতার উপরে লেখা প্রায় আর্টিকেলের ভিতরে ভালোবাসা এবং লাইভ স্টাইলের ডিসিশন নিয়ে বেশি আলোকপাত করেছে।
