I always found chibi drawing hard coz I could never deform them cutely, mine always just turned out creepy XD You might need to add some shadow on the mushroom around Alice so it looks like she's sitting on it coz they look a bit like two separate pictures at the moment. They were pretty great stories in a gothic horror kind of way XD Great idea to have her perchedo on a mushroom :)
