Flightless Dragon
Wandering along the river is a fun and picturesque thing to do while visiting Brisbane. I was lucky enough to come across one of the more fearsome looking residents but very shy at the same time.
This Bearded Dragon was perched on the river all wall surveying all that went by as I cautiously approached I got only one chance before it moved on.
The textures and detail in its body are incredible. Very cool to have photographed one in the urban sprawl.

The creature may be cold-blooded but that's a warm lively picture.
The behavior seems more normal than shy or stressed. If it is stressed it displays the black colour near the neck,that makes it bearded Dragoon.
You seem to be too hormonious with with the Pogona if I am not wrong!!

This one looks like what we call in my country an Iguana

I love finding lizards. Unfortunately, sometimes they scurry away before I can get a picture.
