EOS-Voter - By @Greymass - A functional EOS Tool

During the infancy of the EOS mainnet, I have been wondering how and where I can use my EOS voting power to contribute towards electing some Block Producers (BP's). I, as many people have been, am worried about transmitting my EOS private keys across the internet and having some scumbag steal my hard earned EOS.
Today I came across the eos-voter tool produced by the @greymass team led by the reliable Steem Witness @jesta. I have used the Vessel Steem wallet for a while now and it's functionality and ability to securely transmit across the Steem blockchain being the most attractive feature for me. So I decided to download the eos-voter wallet and give it a go.
What is eos-voter?
This application is a desktop wallet application build for the EOS blockchain. It is downloaded and run directly on your computer. The most compelling feature for me is when using eos-voter, your private keys never leave the application as transactions are signed locally. Therefore, your EOS private keys are as safe as the security on your computer. No transactions are broadcast and cannot be intercepted by internet 'bandits'.
The latest eos-voter release is 0.1.6 as the team works hard to add additional features to the wallet.
The Greymass team has been working hard this week to address many of the confusing issues surrounding the usage of EOS and our wallet/voting tool (eos-voter). Today marks the release of 0.1.6 of the Greymass voting tool, which includes a number of new features.

There are versions for all of the different platforms, select the one that is applicable to the platform you operate from.

To date the eos-voter tool has seen over 7000 downloads, which is unbelievable in such a short amount of time. This is a fantastic effort from the @greymass team and they will have my vote as a BP.

EOS Voter is a great tool. I had heard about it a short time after the code was released and I found it very easy to use. Thanks for sharing this great post. With EOS Voter Greymass definitely got my vote as a BP.
Agree, this is a great tool and the addition of displaying the status of unstaked tokens will definitely lower people heart rate when they click submit ;-).
I do love this app but in my opinion, simplEOS just beats it due to multiple account support and Airdrop display section.
GrayMass has done a great job with this tool. It's surprising to see them not in the top 21, but they are still a backup block producer earning daily EOS rewards so that is some good news.
Personally, i went and used the voting tool by LiquidEOS, it seemed much easier and faster off the bat to simply 'vote' and not have to worry about api inputs, wallets, etc.
