Best masks for oily and combination skin: Our definitive ranking
Clio loves face masks. And he has passed on his passion to us, making us part of the Mask Addicted Team, always looking for new things to try. It took us many months, but we managed to create the final ranking of what in our opinion are the best face masks suitable for those with oily and combination skin.
We have selected the best masks on the market with purifying, matting and detox action. Some products are very cheap, others a little more luxurious. Between novelty and great timeless classics, in this ranking you can find many inspirations, to choose the mask that best suits your skin type. Let's start!
GARNIER, MATCHA AND KAOLIN PURIFYING MASK
Garnier's Matcha and Kaolin mask is a novelty, and comes in a convenient single-dose format, which contains a quantity of product that allows you to do more than one application. This mask has a very pleasant scent, even though it has not reminded us of either the Matcha tea or the chalion. It is a product indicated for those with mixed and oily skin, and is also paraben-free. We were very pleased with this.
A generous dose of the product should be applied to the areas concerned, and allowed to dry for 10 minutes. We want to warn you that as soon as you put it in, the skin of the most sensitive areas could burn, but this annoying feeling passes very quickly. The mask dries like the clay ones, hardening, and to remove it just rinse it with warm water.
Ceddy tried this mask and approved it with flying colours. We liked the result he left on our skin very much: we found it to be brighter, and not at all "dry", not even on cheeks.
SEPHORA, CLAY MASKS, RESEALABLE
Recently, the Sephora brand has included in its collection comfortable and practical clay masks, in resealable packages designed to be used 4 times, as shown on the packaging. The brand has included 8 masks in its line and they all have different specifications, suitable for different skin types and needs. The most suitable for a combination/fat skin are those with blue, green and grey clay.
We have all tried them out and we can say that they are really good. Unlike other clay masks, Sephora masks never dry out completely and once the 15 minutes of laying have passed they are still slightly moist on the face.
GREEN, BLUE AND GREY: THE PERFECT MASK FOR MIXED SKINS
You can choose to use these masks in synergy all together or one at a time: in both cases their action will not disappoint you! In our opinion the green clay mask is very purifying, and is perfect to use in the T zone of the face, especially chin and nose.
THERE ARE 3 SEPHORA MASKS: MATTIFYING, PURIFYING AND
DETOX
The grey mask, on the other hand, has a mattifying and balancing effect on the skin. It's perfect to use on the forehead, especially if as Malvina of our team you have the fringe and you often find yourself with your forehead skin a bit ruined. Finally, the blue mask should have a deep detox action.
This mask can be used either instead of green on the T zone or located on the area of your face where you have more imperfections. The thing we loved about these masks is that there is a lot of product in every package and they leave the skin soft and that it does not pull. The possibility of closing them also allows you to use them many times, which is very useful especially if applied only to certain parts of the face. Girls, we certainly have not finished! On the next page you will find many more masks for oily and combination skin! Keep reading!
