It's Alive!!! The ScaredyCatGuide Rental Property Calculator is now online!
It was a goal and it has been reached! Making my property calculator available to everyone online is officially done.
Use it anywhere, anytime...
This is very exciting to me as now I can easily use the calculator from my phone if I found myself unexpectedly looking at a property.
No more dealing with the MS Excel calculator I built out, now just jump online and I have the tool I need!
Below is a screenshot of the calculator when you first bring up the webpage.
You can see the inputs needed shaded in yellow and then some of the items are pre-filled.
The pre-filled items are merely suggestions that I use when running numbers on a property.
Once you plug in the numbers of the property; price, down payement, rent, taxes, etc. then you will receive the outputs to know your potential cash flow, NOI, cash on cash return, etc.
