the need of "ratings" as a means of feedback in dtube

Dtube is a decentralized streaming video that allows participants to vblog and is mostly used by steemians.
Proposal
While surfing through the website, I realise that there is no feature that serves as a feedback to the producers of dtubes to know if they are really meeting the demands of the participants or not. My suggestion is the creation of "star ratings"
Mock up / examples
My reference will be from whatsapp and facebook, who operates with this same features.
As Dtube is been upgraded, the section for "star ratings" should be included after using any new features.
For example :
Let's say a Dtube user just finished uploading a video, questions like, "if you love the quality of the video, rate us."
Benefits
The idea of adding Star ratings will also be an effective feed back policy from participants to the brains behind drive to know there success rate in each of the new features they must had implemented.

Very nice point you raised @sbamsoneu, though I'm not too convasant with dtube but the idea of a feedback mechanism is very vital both for the developers and the users. I hope they take a cue from your suggestion.
