SOMORIKA (SPIRITUAL ISLAND)
Somorika is located in Edo State Nigeria,at Akoko-Edo (Igarra). i was able to travel to Edo state for my research on finding different resources, but my findings has lead me to the discovery of different adventure.
Somorika settlement is located above 1550m elevation but embedded with different minerals e.g Marble, Quartzite.
At the entrance of the settlement, it was stated that if u are not with a clean heart you cant enter the village, But due to the spiritual activities in this place, no sample were taken because Some of them worship this rock, but it is a lovely place to be.
