The Dairy Game. 16/05/2024 -- Busy Day at work and preparing for a presentation

Hello Steem World...

Got up really early today thursday because i really had much to do before stepping out for work. Before going to bed, i set my phone on alarm to wake me up by 3am so i could prepare some slides against a presentation i had today and also work on my Masters project as i prepare for my upcoming defense.
First things first after getting up is doing my morning devotion. When i was done, i switched on my laptop and opened my email to check for new emails as i am eagerly waiting for one. I later prepared my slides using microsoft powerpoint against a presentation i have today at my job side. Basically i will be introducing students on the new student portal that is being managed by the institution. Working as the IT and managing this portal, i was charged with the duty to introduce students and how to manage their individual accounts.

When i was done preparing the slides for the presentation, i worked on my project since i had time before going to work. By 5:30am i had to stop and do my usual morning exercise in the small space in my room for about 30 minutes and by 6am, i started preparing for work. I put my things together, went to the kitchen and made some breakfast for myself, before going to have my bath.

By 7am i was dressed up and ready for work. I left the house and trekked some distance from my place to the road to get a taxi. On a normal circumstance provided there is no traffic, it would take me about 45 minutes to get to the office but when ever there is traffic, it would take me at least an hour. Luckily for me today, no traffic and so i was in the office on time.
I scheduled my day and as well my todo list before i could start work. Today my main objective was the creation of students account and registration of courses online using the school portal. I did this from 8am upto about 12 mid day which was the time set for me to do the presentation about the school portal to students of a particular class. Since there is presently no hall which can contain all students, it would require me to carry out this activity either by departments or by class separately.

Before i came in, students where already seated waiting for me and had already set up the projector. This exercise lasted for about an hour, couple with a question and answer session. At the end of the presentation i left and went back to my office and continued creating accounts for students. Before i could realized, it was already 4pm which is my closing time and i didn't even got the opportunity to go out for break withing the day.

Never the less, i left the office back home and immediately i got up, i went straight to the kitchen to prepare something to eat as i was so so hungry. I later went and had my bath, watched some movies on NETFLIX as i called it a day.
