Beauty has always been defined by the society. You can't be beautiful or sexy if it doesn't meet the standards of the many. That's when insecurities come. And it is not only experienced by kids but adults and even old people. Insecure of what we don't have, can't have and will never have.

Hello Steemians it's another day of practicing and developing my skills in art. Honestly I'm enjoying everytime I have the time to draw or paint. I realized that though my drawings has flaws it's still the best when it comes to my kids. Well mom is the most talented for them. And thinking about it I thought of how people become so insecure of what others have.

My artwork today is an observation I had with how people see themselves and why they don't feel beautiful. A co-teacher of mine have been talking to me of how she sees herself and how people describes her. Generally every time someone criticises you, your day is ruined. But that shouldnt be the thing, those things that we hear is actually just 0.01 percent of what makes us. That means what that person tells you is just a statement for a second and later on of his/her day it won't matter anymore.

Going back to my artwork, I wanna emphasize that beauty shouldn't be defined. We are all beautiful and sexy in our own way. And we are all created beautifully.

Tara! Let's Begin

🌹I started painting the background. I chose three colors and of course it's my favorite color. I'd be bias but green is always a very appealing color for me. So we have the colors Green, Yellow Green and Yellow.

🌹Second step is I let the paint dry. Then using a pencil I started to draw the object of this artwork. It should be exact since I can't erase anymore. The thing with abstract art is it doesn't have any certain standards. Beauty of art is interpreted of how someone sees it.

🌹 Third is I traced the drawing using black water color.

🌹 Fourth step is coloring the woman in my drawing. Well the colors I chose were randomly chosen. No specific reason for those colors I just chose colors that I think that would look nice when partners with another color.

Outcome

Imperfections have always been the biggest part of us being insecure. Because of those flaws it makes us feel inferior than others. But that shouldn't be the thing. Life is too short to please other people. Go out of your closet and mind your own happiness and not what will make other people happy.
