Out and About

in #photography9 years ago

Writing can sometimes be a strenuous activity, no matter how much you enjoy it. You have to constantly come up with fresh ideas and write your heart out every single time.

Sometimes, you get the writer's block and at other times you just want to know what fresh air feels like again! That happens to me too sometimes and I usually go for a walk.

These photos are from one of those walks. I often take pictures of random things that grab my attention. I hope you like these photos.

What a great and wise message!
Tell me about it. There are moments when I feel completely exhausted after writing. It´s as if we bleed, exposing the skull beneath the skin, pushing everything we´ve got into this piece of content, art or whatever creation.
Then we wait for feedback - to fill in the gap the creativity left. Sometimes we get it and sometimes we don´t.
Recovery times are super important, and I really enjoyed your pictures. When I need to charge batteries I go surfing and meet Mother Nature out there paddling...

It´s a crazy but absolutely beautiful circle and I don´t wanna miss it only one single day :-)
Steem on!

I can empathize with this. I always feel utterly drained after hitting that "submit" button and letting my baby go free into the wild. Writing is exhilarating but also emotionally exhausting. Being able to get into a sustainable rhythm and avoid burning yourself out is key. Reminding yourself of what the outside world looks like every now and then is a good way to do that!

I love the way you call an article "your baby". That's awesome! :D

You said it perfectly!!
Mother nature is one of the greatest healers and 'rechargers'. It's like our bodies and minds long to be amidst all the beauty that nature has to offer. Thanks for the wonderful comment! :)

Thank you, it´s been my pleasure :-)

Nice photos. That bird looks like it needs a french fry! :)

Haha, It was lonely and certainly looking for food! A french fry would have been nice for her!

Ha ha..that is exactly what I thought too.... :)

You are exactly right, its good to take breaks so we can restore our creative energy. Great photos!

Yup, creative energy is something that behaves more like the batteries in our phones. It needs constant restoration. Thanks for the comment! :)

I like your photos. They conveys the mood of the person who looks with interest on everyday things, and finds in them something special.

There is magic everywhere. One just needs to open his eyes and see.
Thanks for the wonderful comment :)

Good points made and I like the photos

Thank you so much :)
