Shutka - The "Capital" of Gypsies
Šuto Orizari Municipality is a district in Skopje, Macedonia, which is the largest Roma settlement in the world. It's also is the only administrative unit in the world that adapted Romani language as official. The district has even it's own TV channel and a newspaper.
