Can You Help
I am from Buenos Aires and it happens to me that 11 weeks ago I requested withdrawal from one of my users of Onelife, the next week I requested from another user and in another week following another user. That is, 3 withdrawals from different users followed as commissions entered.
I was blocked from the ticket sector by my insistent claims after 4 weeks; I send emails to different sectors of the company, to my line leaders and nobody knows how to respond or communicate with an administrative officer of the corporation.
I do not know where my money is, now I'm sending mails to be sent back to the virtual office and they do not answer me. What do they do with the commissioned euros of an associate? because if there is a bank error or management automatically should have returned weeks ago.
who can help me? they all sell you codes but nobody's solutions. If we are going to make a community, we must consider that what happens to me can happen to another, there is no solidarity.
I need to communicate with someone from the corporation, a phone? it's unusual ... thanks
