Why aren't there airplane-sized helicopters?

Have you ever seen a helicopter with same size as an airplane ? Probably not, I haven't seen.

In fact considering the ease of maneuver, helicopters are much better... They don't even need a long runway. 

So a question comes, why they are not made huge as aeroplane and why they can't replace planes.
