Fundamental analysis vs technical analysis : For traders

Hi all,

We all are bloggers and we earn many crypto coins and token through writing.

Majorly we are more dealing with steem coins and tokens powered by @steem-engine.

So we must understand the trading Part of crypto too. For trading purpose i am writing a series of Blog on technical analysis.

But here we must understand two things.

1. Fundamental analysis

2 . Technical analysis

This knowledge will help you to trade every instruments like, stocks, option, crypto, futures etc.

Fundamental analysis is mainly for investors, while technical analysis is best for traders.

Though investors also look after technical side of an asset before going for long term. This make technical analysis a just for everyone.

Still we must understand fundamental analysis too, it basically says how good the asset is going to be in the long term.

1. In layman language, fundamental analysis is the art of finding the intrinsic value of a company. It involves the analysis of financial statements of previous time, management, share holding by code members etc.

While technical analysis is the art of prediction of stock movements based on the trend and patterns of last couple of time. Depending on the trade, people decide the time frame, in which the patterns too be evaluated.

1. For fundamental analysis the time frame is high. We need to see the way the asset has performed, right from the start.

In case of technical analysis, the timer frame is done few minutes to some weeks.

Because here we like to make money in shortest time. A reader hardly thinks about the growth/decline of the asset in long term.

1. Fundamental analysis is mainly for investors while technical analysis is for traders.

Interestingly investors are always intelligent and looks for a much higher profit in long term, while traders looks at small profit quickly. In most of the cases traders falls in the trap.
