Yet another fire in pasay

I so often witness fires from the balcony of my condo and witness the ridiculously slow response times of the local fire departments.

I've decided to start documenting each time I can see a raging fire from my window. This just happened last night. It was so loud I could hear the crackling as the building as it burned.

Unfortunately another building was in the way but I took a picture that clearly shows the light and smoke of the fire.
