Hotsauce Addiction is Love
I have an addiction and her name is Hot Sauce.
Ever since I was a child I've poured hot sauce on everything. I mean everything, I was that weird kid that you'd catch putting a squirt of hot sauce on a piece of cake. The one that couldn't eat mashed potatoes until first making a volcano full of Crystal hot sauce.
Now I'm an adult with kids of my own and that addiction has gotten nothing if not more refined. I took a picture of the inside of my spice cabinet the other day and I'm sad to say, there are several bottles of hot sauce in yet another cabinet and not included in this picture.

Wow, never saw someone so interested in hot sauce! I actually run away from them, can't handle the spicyness, even though I am Indian!!!
Haha, It's an absolute staple in my house for as long as I can remember. It is a very rare time indeed if there is not some sort of hot pepper in my meal.

I'm not big on Tabasco but love their Chipotle flavor.
It's not one of my favorites either, but it's a bit of a staple, i'd feel silly if i had all the others but no Tabasco haha. The Chipotle taste AMAZING on quesadillas!

Lol no. Sichuan peppers are only 50,000-100,000 MAX on the Scoville scale, the Meet Your maker sauce listed there (in the black coffin in the picture) is at over 5 Million on the Scoville scale. That's more than 100 times hotter than Sichuan peppers haha. Most the hot sauces there (if you find Sichuan Peppers extremely hot) would destroy you as many of those are made with MUCH hotter peppers.
