Https connection not fully secure once the chat is loaded + errors in the console

Recently utopian.io has introduced a new feature, the utopian chat. I find this to be a very good idea, as it will provide a fast way of communication between contributors, moderators, developers and all the people interested in this project.

It already has a few useful groups and all online users are listed under the contacts menu, so they can easily interact.

However, as I was browsing through the utopian.io website, with the chat open, I found a bug regarding the https connection.

With the console open, we can see that the site has some problems connecting to the server and throws some errors once the chat is loaded.

As you can see, from the gif bellow, when the chat is not loaded, the connection is fully secure. As the page and chat are loading, we can observe that the connection becomes not fully secured.

Bellow, we can see how the site looks when it is secured.

When the chat is loaded, the utopian.io website is not secure anymore.

When we click to view more information about the website a message appears: “Your connection to this site is not fully secure. Attackers might be able to see the images you’re looking at on this site and trick you by modifying them”.

Bellow, I attached a screenshot which I made with the console open, and we can see that there are many errors that are occurring which seem to be related to the new chat functionality.

To test, I used Google Chrome 62 on Windows 10.
