The power of using positive life thoughts to change your life can be one of the greatest self motivators you will ever find. When you use your positive life thoughts to achieve your goals, you can change your life and take control of it. When you set goals for yourself, you have to have a clear cut vision of what it is that you want to get out of it. So how do you accomplish this?


Well, the first step is to have a list of all your goals and any special or non-general ones that you want to accomplish in life. If you don't have one made up yet, you should make one up now. Then write down all the things you want to change about yourself when you attain them.

Be specific. Write down things you would like to change about yourself. Would like to become more successful at work? Do you want to lose weight? Or develop a new hobby? Once you have listed them all, you can move to the next step.

Next, begin to channel your positive life thoughts towards your goal. This is where most people go wrong. They begin to think only of negative things and their goals are never reached. If you think only of negative things and negative actions, you will not be happy with your life until you change this pattern. You must adopt a positive attitude. And the best way to adopt a positive attitude is to think positively and use your life thoughts to help you reach your goals.

You are going to have setbacks and disappointments. It is part of life and if you are working toward achieving your goal, then you will have your failures along the way. But you need to remember these successes and keep reminding yourself of them so that they stay in your mind. You can't let them deter you from pursuing your dream.

Also, write down your goals so that you can track your progress and know exactly what you need to do to reach your goals. This will help you remain focused and on track with your goals. Write down your goals in large letters and make sure that you include all of the specific details that you want to achieve. For example, if you want to get hired for a particular job, write down everything that you need to learn and be an employee before you apply for that job.

Finally, surround yourself with positive life thoughts. Think about everything you do positively and write it down. The more you think positively about yourself, the better you will feel about the world around you. Think of things in your mind as opportunities rather than problems or challenges and you will become more successful in whatever you choose to do.

You can also use affirmations to reinforce your positive life thoughts. Using affirmations is very effective because they make positive statements true. Affirmations work because they put a trigger into your brain that makes you feel good when you hear them. If you are not using affirmations to reinforce your positive life thoughts, you may be cutting yourself short. It's better to do nothing than to do something incorrectly and then have to live with the mistake for the rest of your life.

Remember, your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between right and wrong so it believes everything you are saying. When you constantly tell your subconscious mind that your negative thoughts are true, it will believe you! Your subconscious mind has no idea that what you are doing is actually wrong and therefore believes you!

One important thing to remember is to be careful with how you use positive affirmations. You don't want to confuse your subconscious mind because you might convince yourself that what you're saying is true. Instead, use your thoughts as reminders that you need to change your behavior and this will help you become more successful with whatever it is you want to accomplish. Make sure you think positively, even when there are difficult situations.


When you create positive life thoughts, life changes for the better. It's amazing how much easier life becomes when you have a positive attitude. Using positive life quotes is also a great way to make positive life changes on a daily basis. It helps you stay motivated and it gives you something to look forward to each day. Keep these in mind the next time you find yourself saying, "I can't do it!"
