Many times our own negative thoughts of how we feel about ourselves or what we want in our lives cause us to set a time limit on this self-destructive behavior. When you set a time limit for the negative thoughts to go away you begin to take action to change the way you feel about yourself.


When you set a time limit for your negative thoughts to go away, it becomes easier to say no to the things that you have been doing that have not made you happy. Once you get into the habit of saying no to the things that you are unhappy with you begin to change the way you view yourself and the things that make you happy.

So how do you set a time limit for your negative thoughts. Here are three easy ways to do it.

Set a deadline for yourself, when you begin to set a time limit for yourself when you will begin to build your self-esteem you will begin to realize the things that are making you unhappy. You will begin to set a time limit for when you will begin to look at the things that make you happy. This will become easier to do as you will notice which of the things that make you happy, makes you feel good, and helps you build your self esteem. These are the things that you are going to need to focus on when you begin to write down the things that make you happy and what makes you happy.

When you begin to write out the things that make you happy and what makes you happy, begin to remove the negative thoughts. When you remove the negative thoughts from your mind, you will find that the positive thoughts and feelings will become more predominant in your thoughts. You will also notice that when you remove these negative thoughts from your mind you will be able to create a greater amount of happiness in your life.

Another way to put a time limit on your negative thoughts is to use positive thinking. Many people who have been in the same situation as you find it easier to stay positive than they do to be negative. When you create a negative thought of what you want in life, this will help you feel less unhappy and therefore you will not want to do the things that you have been doing that have caused you to feel unhappy.

The third way to set a time limit on your negative thoughts is to write them down for what they were and what you want for your life. When you write them down, then you will realize that this negative thought of what you want is not good for you or what you want for your life is not bad. This will help you know that your negative thought should never be allowed to control you or stop you from achieving any of your goals.

It is important that you can start to work on eliminating these negative thoughts from your life and when you begin to do so you will start to see how quickly these negative thoughts disappear. They will soon start to fade and become less as you continue to practice positive thinking. Once these negative thoughts begin to fade they will become less.

Another way that you can set a time limit on your negative thoughts is to start to use affirmations to make the negative thoughts you have to the point where they become more positive. Affirmations are words or phrases that you use to reinforce the positive thoughts that you have about a situation so that they become stronger.


You will find that when you start to use affirmations they will start to get stronger and will eventually reach a level where they are strong enough to control your life. If you do this on a daily basis you will be able to remove all of your negative thoughts and have more positive thoughts in your life. you will not only be happier but you will also be healthier.
