How to replace negative thoughts with positive ones, is a question that most people with anxiety tend to ask. The first thing to note is that you do not want to treat your condition like any other conditions. Most people who are living with anxiety tend to be perfectionist. They spend a lot of time and effort in achieving the perfect mental state which for someone who has anxiety is equivalent to anorexia or bulimia.


So what are positive ones? You can start by replacing all those negative thoughts that are plaguing your mind right now. Replace them with positive ones. When you start replacing them with positive ones, you will find that your depression, anxiousness or stress will go away. In fact it may even go away all together.

It is a fact that when you have positive thoughts your brain gets saturated with them. Your brain literally becomes addicted to them. It becomes happy when you have positive ones and depressed when you have negative ones. So, if you find yourself thinking negatively all the time it is time to change that.

You can replace negative thoughts with positive ones to motivate yourself by imagining something more positive. For example, you could imagine that you are doing very well at work. This could motivate you to do even better. You can also picture your success and how it would make you feel when you are a success. This will motivate you to work harder so that you can be a success.

One other example is spending time with family and friends. Just sitting and talking with them is very therapeutic. Not only does this make you more relaxed but you are likely to share some great ideas. You can use this as a platform to create positive momentum in your life.

The other way you can replace negative thoughts with positive ones to motivate yourself is to spend time doing something you like. Doing things you like helps release endorphins in your body. These are the same endorphins that make you feel happy and thus you can be motivated to be happy even at work.

Another way is to write about and read positive books. You should however avoid ever finding one with an opinion of the opposite sex. This will obviously turn you off. The opposite sex may not be very sympathetic towards your depressing state of mind. However if you are able to find one such book then you should read it with all the attention you can muster.

You may also want to write down positive thoughts in your cell phone so you can glance at them while driving or walking in the park. This will give you inspiration in tough times when your mood is not at its best. One final thing that can be done is to surround yourself with others who share similar thoughts as you. You can then share thoughts with one another in order to keep each other motivated to work hard.

You may need to replace negative thoughts with positive ones in order to succeed at anything. It is a fact that we have to spend some time in every day to get our work done. If we spend most of our time dwelling on our problems rather than working on the positive side, then we will never get anywhere. It is the simple truth. If you want to succeed at anything then you must make sure that you are not wasting your time dwelling on the negative.

This does not mean that you should never talk to anyone about your problems. Just do so when it is beneficial for you. By talking about your positive experiences you will be building your positive energy. This will help to motivate you to work harder because the only way to improve is by improving. If you spend most of your time dwelling on your negative thoughts then you will never get anywhere. In order to change this you must focus on the positive and only this can change your life.

Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones and you will begin to see changes in your life immediately. Just imagine that you are driving your car. One day you will notice that the roads are not as slippery as they used to be. This can be a sign that you need to change your negative thinking. Instead of having a negative outlook, you should be having a positive one about everything including your driving.


A positive outlook helps you avoid getting into accidents because you will know that you are safe. By having a positive attitude you will also be able to see the good side of other people. You will be able to see the good side of the road. You should always take extra care when driving on the road because if you take a positive approach then you will definitely enjoy the road.
