Problems Affecting Your True Purpose - Am I Still Calling Myself a Saint? Many people, while identifying themselves as spiritual, often find that they are not in alignment with their true purpose in life. This causes them to have a problem with calling themselves anything but "saint." Often times, these people are in a constant state of denial that they are no longer in alignment with their purpose.


This is an easy way to say that you don't love yourself or your life. You are only serving the momentary pleasures of life instead of living in harmony with our higher power. If we allow ourselves to get caught up in the excitement of passing through the excitement we will lose our true purpose. We must learn to find our inner compass and remember that it is an essential part of our being to bring us to our true purpose.

So, how can you empower yourself? The answer lies in having a "joy review" of your current life. What kinds of things do you really enjoy doing? What makes you feel joyous on a day-to-day basis? Can you identify areas in your life that could use some growth and correction?

This is where the concept of "life purpose" comes in. In this framework, you are not looking for a perfect world. You are longing for the joy that is found in being connected to your purpose. What do you want to bring into your life so that you can experience the true meaning and joy?

Your true purpose in life is rooted in your passion. Passion can be defined as the driving force that draws you to your true purpose. In my coaching experience, most people say that they "have a passion for life." This is true whether they have a career, own a home, or belong to a church.

But what if you have no passion or enjoyment in your life? Does this mean that you have no purpose? Of course not. Rather than saying "I have no joy," say "I am discovering my passion." This leads to another question: How can you know when you are "creating" your life's passions and joys rather than "reacting" to them?

The answer lies in beginning a Joy Review of your life's passions and joys. You can do this by reflecting on times when you were able to connect with your highest vision. Reflecting on your highest vision will help you become empowered people because you will be able to identify areas in your life that need some refreshing and transformation.

You then must decide what you want to transform within yourself. In other words, you must figure out what part of your life you want to transform so that you can enjoy expressing your highest joy and passions in the manner that you desire. Begin today by making a decision to take the next step towards becoming empowered. Then begin your journey to creating a perfect world by enjoying expressing your joy.

It is imperative that we live our lives in a way that makes us happy. People want to have things that make their life easier. However, when they don't have the things that make their life easy, they will often get stressed and depressed. In turn, they will often not be happy.

For example, let's say that you want to have a good relationship with other people. However, you are constantly dealing with negative people who make your life miserable. If these people are negative and pessimistic, then your happiness will be shot. Yet, if you surround yourself with positive and happy people, then you will feel happier and have more energy.

When you surround yourself with positive people who are happy and positive, you will also find it easier to sleep better at night. Your stress will melt away and you will have more energy by morning. This is because your body will have more nutrients. Also, you won't be worrying about many things such as money or family. You will be able to focus on the things that matter to you.


The key to happiness is to surround yourself with people who have the same true purpose for life. If you surround yourself with people who are unhappy, then you will not experience joy. This is why it is important to live your life in a joyful way. The more joy you experience, the more fulfilled you will feel.
