This is a process that can take a little bit of time because you have to become comfortable with the new way of thinking. and behavior that you will use.


You need to believe that whatever you learn will last and make you a better person and not only for yourself but also for other people. People can help you as well. If you have the opportunity to talk to someone who has overcome similar problems then this can really help you get over your guilt problems and feel better about yourself. They can also give you some very valuable information to help you change your thinking.
