Why Some Rescue Dogs Have Burnt Noses.

You may or may not know that one of my passions is rescue animals. We now have two romanian rescue dogs and have a cat that was a stray.

I learned yesterday that in some European countries they stamp the noses of stray dogs to make then harder and better guard dogs. Also, for some (mainly black dogs) a superstitious ritual!

This explains Ernies nose. He is adorable in every way-apart from when he decides it is a good idea to chew valuables!
