My Application for "Professors Recruitment-- The Steemit Crypto Academy"

Blockchain has clearly gone beyond the use case of finance to more sophisticated ones in its first decade. But the most important thing is how well the crypto community is positioned at this point to educate the Newcomers joining this ecosystem(not limited to Steem only). How easy is the transition when they cope up with new technology like Blockchain? The point is that the learning curve should evolve easily alongside the price action of today's crypto.

Steem Blockchain being the first-ever decentralized social media where the social behaviors are tokenized with Proof-of-Brain can be a platform to usher the era of crypto literacy for the Newcomers. We can be the leaders in lowering the barrier to entry in making this place as a teaching and learning platform, we can set the perception(of the Newcomers) in order from the disorder which is largely dominated and governed by the traditional system. We are here to offer people an informed choice. #cryptoprofessor campaign can fulfill this objective.

I got introduced to Blockchain & crypto for the first time in the year 2013. At that time I was a salaried employee(Civil Engineer, by profession). In 2014 I invested in Bitcoin and then exited my position when the price appreciated in 2016. 2016 was also the year when I lost my job due to health issues.

From 2016 until now I have intensified my research in crypto, delved deeper into a few crypto projects with the likes of Steem, NULS, Harmony, Litecoin, Bitcoin, EOS, and many others. Research is something which we can't realistically finish. It always remains in continuation. I just love to be a part of that continuation.

I simply love going through the Whitepapers of different interesting projects and technologies. We have seen how at one point scalability was a bottleneck during the early days of crypto and how the scalability has significantly improved today with the 2nd & 3rd generation Blockchain. Similarly how the second layer solutions have evolved to enhance the scaling capacity of the existing 1st gen Blockchains.

Out of the many things that I have researched I found modular Blockchain and state sharding technology as the best variant of Blockchain technology of this decade(don't judge by the price of a token). State Sharding is really a difficult thing, yet possible.

AMM is the next best thing to usher in the era of DeFi.The generic issue like lack of liquidity in DEXs is solved by the AMM model of a DEX with the introduction of Uniswap. So there has been a natural & healthy evolution of the crypto ecosystem.

I have been a strong proponent of reading habits. For me, reading habit feeds well for the psychological wellbeing of a blogger. For me, it is a natural desire, an intrinsic motivation from the outset. That is why I love to place myself in reading, doing research every day. In that process, and over a period of time I have developed a better understanding of Blockchain technology.

That said, I think I can produce educational content for the Newcomers with better graphics to make them understand Blockchain technology in the best possible way. It is pertinent to note that we have to take real-life use cases and scenarios to mentor a newcomer. The practical use case brings them closer to the comfort zone of an ecosystem. That is what my purpose is through this #cryptoprofessor initiative.
