EGG Week....!

Among all other eggs; Chicken Eggs are my favorite. An unmistakable ingredient in the kitchen as always.
Let's see what I made for the 3rd round. For this round, I made Fried Eggs with Creamy Yolk Filling. I must say this is perfect for Dinner. Such a light meal!
There are mainly 2 parts of the egg for this dish. One with Fried Egg and the other one is Creamy Yolk Filling.

Ingredients
For Fried Eggs

• Boiled Eggs
• Bread Crums
• Flour
• Salt & Pepper
• Blended Egg

For Creamy Yolk Filling

• Boiled Egg Yolks
• Cheese
• Tomato Sauce
• Salt & Pepper
• Boiled Potatoes

Here I used boiled eggs, half cut by removing egg yolks. Then I fried those halves in bread crumbs, blended egg, and flour. It's perfect to fry until the color turns light brown. They look good, smell good, taste good! Finally, the Fried Eggs are ready.

I made a Creamy Yolk Filling to fill those fried eggs. It's easy to make by mixing those ingredients. It's taste also good!
I filled fried eggs in different ways with the creamy yolk filling. You can see it from pics.

As I said above, this is perfect for Dinner! So, everyone have a look at my dish.
