Let the MIND Relax|| To Tissa Lake

Hope you guys doing well as always. Well, I'm a newbie here on steemit and this is my 1st post in this community. Here I'm going to tell you one of the ways to relax the MIND.

As everyone used to work on pressure it may cause to our health in a bad way. So, we should be more careful about our mental and physical health. Here I mention how I cared about my mental health by going on a picnic. I really love to go on a picnic with someone I love. Well, I had a picnic at Tissa lake on one weekend with the person I love. You may definitely know this place if you're a Sri Lankan and if not; the place is in Tissamaharama, Katharagama. Thanks to expressways now it takes only about 2 hours from Galle. So, we left home at about 2.30 p.m and we were able to reach there around 5 p.m. The lake was an amazing place than before as the environment around the lake was reconstructed. Now, there are some benches and a walking path near the lake. Not only that but also there are boat rides in the lake and some people sell food to visitors. When the sun goes down, the light of streetlamps can be seen and it increases the beauty around the lake. It's really a pretty amazing view to watch.

We brought some tea, sweets, and some buns for our picnic. We sat on the stairs around the lake and kept the food aside. We play songs on JBL which are matching to the vibe while we enjoying our food and chats. That feeling was so perfect😇. Likewise, we spent some happy hours there. Our minds were sooooo relaxed too. In the end, I must say that this not a waste of time; it's actually some kind of investment in our health. You must try this kind of outings to relax your mind for staying happy and healthy.
