TreeTuesday - José Mourinho Avenue

Hello everyone!

Today I decided to participate for the first time on the #TreeTuesday challange, created by @old-guy-photos.

Has I told you before, I'm a nature lover and trees have a special place in my heart. Think about it, they recycle the air that we breath, they give us shades to protect us from the sun, fruits to eat, wood, paper, cork. Here in Portugal we use a lot of cork in the most creative ways, not just in wine bottles! Even shoes can be made with cork! So trees gives us a lot, without complaining. I think that is well deserved that they get a day to be honored and contemplated with other perspective.

In this photo, you can see one of my favorite place here in Setúbal when it comes to trees. It's next to the river and we can have a nice walk or bike ride, surrounded by trees. The pine trees are my favorites, I love to sit under them and relax.

This avenue is named after José Mourinho, the soccer coach. He was born at Setúbal and was recently honored this way.
