THE DIARY GAME| 26/09/2021 | Better Life with Steem

Hello everyone,

Today I wake up at 7:00 am in the morning. freshen up and drink a glass of warm water and then just check my phone, As today is Sunday and no gym today is just recovery day for me. I do Monday to Saturday workouts. So I just did stretching in the room and then was busy with some house chores later I went for shower. And now time for breakfast so I thought let make something special protein omelet, I quickly chopped one tomato and one onion, make a paste of 50grams of oats, 2 raw eggs, and 20gram XS protein, mixed property. Cooked for 2 minutes and ready for my breakfast. It was so tasty.

After that, I spend some time watching videos on Youtube. And then check steemit. So the afternoon was relaxed. For lunch, I decided to go out for lunch. There is a hotel near the house. It was 3:00 pm and no crowd. I order a veg thali and had my meal. The food was sufficient and tasty. I pain 80INR ($1.08) and came back. Then I had some calls with friends.

After that, I take a power nap. and wake up at 6:00 pm. I feel so fresh and relax after an hour of a nice sleep. In the evening talked to my family and for diner prepared veg mixed(potato, soya bean, and carrot) rice. It's very healthy and quick for making. then I had dinner. As usual, read the book and before going to bed checked the diary post on steemit. and they slept.
