Vivo's V series is a pioneer in bringing premium design languages into the midrange section. And now, they are trying to bring more premium features to midrange category. It seems like the gap between flagships and midrange devices are closer than ever. Let's talk about the VIVO V30..

The phone has a slim design with a thickness of 7.5 mm and a weight of 186g. Its design features a glass front and a plastic frame, resulting in a sophisticated yet durable construction. The device supports dual Nano-SIM cards and has an IP54 rating, making it dust- and splash-resistant. The front is dominated by a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 1260P resolution, HDR10+ support, and an impressive peak brightness of 2800 nits. A fingerprint scanner beneath the curved panel adds to the device's security and convenience.

The vivo V30 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, which is built on the 4 nm process. Its 2.63 GHz octa-core CPU and Adreno 720 GPU provide strong performance. The benchmark scores prove that. The phone comes in four storage variants to meet different needs: 8/128 GB, 8/256 GB, 12/256 GB, and 12/512 GB.

One of the most notable features is the camera system. The vivo V30 introduces the 50 MP OmniVision OV50E sensor, a large 1/1.55" sensor used for the primary camera to the global market. The ultra-wide-angle camera also has a 50-megapixel sensor with autofocus, which means it can capture Macro images too. Impressively, the front camera has another 50 MP sensor with autofocus, indicating top-tier selfie capabilities.

The phone solves power concerns with a large 5,000 mAh battery. Even with this large battery, the vivo V30 maintains a slim profile, measuring only 7.5 mm thick at the base. The inclusion of 80W FlashCharge technology ensures quick charging times.

The vivo V30 runs Funtouch 14, which is based on Android 14, and promises a "50-month smooth experience," indicating that vivo will support the device for at least four years.

The vivo V30 provides a variety of aesthetic options. The Bloom White version has a 3D Petal Pattern, the Waving Aqua has a Rippling Magnetic Particle effect, the Lush Green changes colors and the Noble Black has Fluorite AG Glass.

The phone will be available in more than 30 markets, including India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Pakistan, Egypt, and the UAE. Specific details about each market's availability, pricing, and specifications will be announced soon. If this device is released here, I think it would be a good choice to go for without the pocket getting drained.
