I hope you know the movie "Knives Out" from 2019. It was one of the best movies from 2019 and it's in the Top 10. Since those days, there were some words going on a possible sequel for the movie. And after a few months, the news went saying that the sequel of two movies has been bought by Netflix.

The 2nd movie of the sequel is "Glass Onion". I thought it would be connected to the 1st movie. Seems like there's no connection between movies. The only connection is there's this same Crime Investigator, Benoit Blanc who is starred by Daniel Craig. And there's another common thing. That.. is a murder mystery.

So this movie was theatrically released in November last year and then released on Netflix on December 23rd. And that's when we get the chance to watch this. Daniel Craig, Edward Norton, Madelyn Cline, Kate Hudson, and Dave Bautista play the main roles here.

Talking about the Movie..

It all starts with random people receiving these fancy puzzle boxes. Seems like they are old friends. And they solve these puzzles together to find what's inside. Seems like it's an invitation by one of their friends.. a rich friend, Miles Bron. And that's an invitation is to come and solve his Murder Case..

Miles Bron has invited his friends. They are Claire, Lionel, Birdie, Duke, Andi, Peg, and Whiskey. They are to come to Mile's Private Island, Pisechite. And all these friends were surprised to see Benoit Blanc at the dockyard.

Seems like all these friends have achieved their success because of Miles Bron. But in that journey, Andi has been wronged. Andi and Miles are the ones who started this Tech Company named Alpha. Due to some disagreement, Andi wanted to get off the business but in the end, Andi got nothing..

So there's a lot going on in each of these friends' lives. And Miles is like the survivor of them. They need him. That's the bond they got. But the thing is.. there's a big twist inside the movie. And it's quite creative.. And you should watch the movie to see it..

My Experience..

Actually I thought, when Netflix bought the project, I thought it will be terrible. So I had no big hopes about this movie. Even after I downloaded it, I was reluctant to watch it. Once I watched its first few minutes and I felt bored. But after a few days, I thought of watching it again. And I won't regret that decision. I don't say that this movie is as better as the first one, but it's a good competitor. It's worth your time.

Ratings..

This movie was only in theatres for 10 days and it also was limited to a few theatres in the USA. In that short period, it was able to earn 15$ Million against a budget of 40$ Million. And now it's on Netflix. So it has become the 3rd most-watched movie of all time on the platform. Other than that, all the ratings stand out for that.
